Information on dividend payments
According to the requirements of the legislation in force, dividends are to be paid in cash within 3 months from the date of the decision on their payment by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
The list of shareholders is drawn up as at: 19.06.2023.
The release of funds will be made to the bank's shareholders as follows:
- for legal entities - by the Accounting Department on the basis of a written request received by the bank,
- for individuals - by any branch on the basis of a valid legal identity document, in the case of the shareholder's representative - a power of attorney must be presented.

Information on dividend payments
*Dividend is the share of the company's profits that is paid out to shareholders. Dividends are distributed to shareholders in proportion to the number of shares they hold in relation to the share capital. In order to be entitled to receive dividends, you must be a shareholder of OTP Bank S.A. as at the date of registration, as determined by the body authorised to pay dividends.
Disbursements to the bank's shareholders will be made as follows:
- for legal entities - by the accounting department on the basis of a written application received by the bank,
- for individuals - by any branch on the basis of a valid identity document; in the case of a shareholder's representative - a power of attorney must be presented.
Information on 022 812-431, 812-339.NOTE: In accordance with the provisions of paragraph (13) of article 49 of Law No. 1134/02.04.97 on Joint-Stock Companies, the dividends not received by the shareholder through no fault of his own, within 3 years from the date when the right to receive them arose, shall be credited to the income of the Bank and cannot be claimed by the shareholder.

*A dividend is the portion of the profit that the company pays out to its shareholders. The amount to be paid is proposed by the Board of Directors and approved by the shareholders' meeting. The dividends are allocated to the Bank’s shareholders proportionally to their quota in the share capital.
In order to have the right to receive dividends, one person must be identify as MBSG’s shareholder in the Shareholders’ Register on the registration date established by the authority empowered to pay dividends.
Issuing of cash for shareholders of the bank is as follows:- for legal entities - by the general accounting department, financial department in written request received by the bank;
- for individuals - by any branch based on valid identity document, if is the shareholder representative - will present attorney.

ATTENTION: According to provisions of art. 49 para.13 of the Law on Joint-Stock companies no.1134-XIII of April 2 1997 the dividends, not received by the shareholder due to his fault within three years from the date of occurrence of the rights on their reception, shall be used in the income of a company and cannot be requested by the shareholder. -
