Dear customer,

Following the decrease of the Reference Index published by the National Bank of Moldova, from July 1st 2024 the interest rate on real estate loans granted under the Government Program " Prima Casa" will be decreased.

Thus, in the period from 01 July to 31 December 2024, the value of the Reference Index will be 3.46% annually.

The final interest rate is made up of the Reference Index + the Bank Margin indicated in the contract.
