Due to some temporary technical errors, which affected several commercial banks during the period 29.11.2024 - 01.12.2024, some payments made with OTP Bank cards were processed incorrectly, and the transactions made were charged twice. Our team is working intensively to rectify the errors and the duplicated amounts will be refunded automatically as soon as possible.
