How do you access product packages?
If you are a new customer:
1. Come to any branch and become a customer of OTP Bank S.A.;
2. Complete the opening documents for first account;
3. Complete the Request for constitution Product packages;
4. Complete the Application to join the OTP Internet and Mobile Banking Service;
5. Other applications to join products in the package.
If you are an OTP Bank customer:
1. Come to your management branch;
2. Complete the Request for constitution Product packages;
3. Complete the Application to join/change OTP Internet and Mobile Banking data;
4. Other membership/modification requests given to products in the package*.
Tariffs and general conditions
The product packages are intended for companies with a turnover of up to 30 million lei and are subject to additional terms and conditions, which can be obtained by contacting the Bank's advisors.
The option "Current accounts in lei and foreign currency" includes: analysis of documents for opening current accounts (in lei and foreign currency) and their monthly servicing, authentication of the specimen signature sheet and company stamp.
The "OTP Internet/Mobile Banking" option includes monthly servicing of bank accounts through the OTP Internet/Mobile Banking service.
Transactions that are not included in the package will be charged separately, according to the current rates and fees available at www.otpbank.md.
