- 13-digit Personal Identification Number - IDNP (from your ID card)
- Access to the e-mail address you provided to the bank
- Access to the mobile phone number (national operator)

What do you need to do?

1. Go to www.otpinternetbanking.md
2. Click the [First login for natural persons] button
3. Enter your Personal Identification Code (13 digits from your ID card)
4. Select date of birth
5. Check that you agree to the Terms and Conditions
6. Enter the identification code you received on the e-mail sent to the bank
7. Create user name (ID) and define password
8. Select one of the password update options
9. Check that you have been informed about the security requirements and accept the risks
